We want you to love your Naghedi purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused, full-priced items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returns to cover processing and shipping costs.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Naghedi bag in its original dust bag and box.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is scanned for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
